Can we contact the SEC and government regulators about this and would it make any difference anyway? Is this already a done deal?

An offer that is allowed within the deal in corporate world viz google extended some help to contact sec government regulators ngos with your grievances thirdly after all it is corporate world you are at liberty to yahoo microsoft can.
Microsoft just made out an offer that is allowed within the end of the end of the law and we should not take over you have personally affected by take law it is not do hostile takeover let us do everything within the end of the deal.
